GAL

GAL is a traditional, digital and 3D artist based in the Los Angeles area. She is currently enrolled in an Entertainment Art Certificate program at a local college and aims to become a 3D art fashion designer.GAL’s works have always been deeply rooted with the body and mind and believes that creating art coincides with a healthy soul. “Chance” has grown exponentially throughout 10+ years worth of art and ideas that coincide with her adolescence and following into her early to mid twenties. Hitomi is a young girl who was never abandoned by GAL and evolved into GAL’s hand as she creates, all while never leaving her side.GAL is a versatile artist who will draw, paint, or model just about anything. Her traditional work is mostly focused on realism while her digital pieces are mixed with cartoon or stylization aspects. Surrealism is a common theme amongst her pieces, specifically highlighting through Chance. Fashion and design are also closely followed throughout her focus of menswear and passion for improving the limited closet they often inhabit. This idea of a closed off expression that menswear often reflects due to embarrassment bleeds directly into 3D media such as video games and movies. The complex space of 3D designing frequently lacks someone who has studied fashion and is willing to make that change for the better.2014 - Hitomi and Chance were created
